A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is available for an experienced EVS Technician.

What You'll Do:
  • Clean assigned areas in the Hospital using a variety of supplies, equipment, and cleaning solutions in accordance with departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist nursing staff by setting up certain equipment and devices as needed.
  • Practice safe handling of infectious waste in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. in assigned area(s).
  • Stock linen shelves and ensure that clean linen is delivered to nursing units on carts, as well as collect and receive soiled linen to be washed.

What We're Looking For:
Required:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned duties

Preferred:
  • 1-3 years' experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare setting
