Job description

Seeking adjunct faculty members for upcoming semesters.This posting is continuously open and qualified applicants will be part of a pool of candidates for review on a rolling basis as teaching needs are identified. The position remains open until filled. Candidates may be contacted about future opportunities.

The following is a list of potential courses:

  • Foundations of Exercise and Sport Science
  • Psychology of Health & Performance
  • Personal & Community Health
  • Instructional Methods for Individual and Group Activities
  • Nutrition for Health & Performance
  • Applied Strength Training

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field (Ph.D. or A.B.D. preferred)
  • Teaching or instructional experience
  • Related certifications (NSCA, ACE, NASM, ASCM, etc.) preferred
  • Experience in teaching college-level courses preferred
