Associate – SCM Logistics | Rochester, MN | $25.90/hr | Night Shift

BCforward is hiring an Associate – SCM Logistics to support in Rochester, MN. This is a 5-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and distribute medical supplies and inventory.
  • Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Research and resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Process returns, expedite orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or inventory experience, OR Associate Degree with 1+ year of related experience.
  • Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare or hospital logistics experience is a plus.
