As the Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly while building a vibrant and positive atmosphere for both our customers and staff. This is a leadership role that combines management, customer service, and of course—delicious coffee!

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, train, and inspire an amazing team of baristas and staff.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the coffee flows smoothly and customer satisfaction is top-notch.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and equipment to keep everything running like a well-oiled espresso machine.
  • Cultivate a welcoming environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.
