About the NAC Program

Three Rivers Care offers an onsite, 4-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program. The program is completely free, with tuition fully covered, including the application fee for a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), and state testing fees.

Students receive assistance with test preparation and hands-on skills lab training throughout the program. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full-time position at Three Rivers Care.

Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) employees earn $20.00 per hour and pay increases to $22.00 per hour once the NAC license is active. Space is limited and interviews are conducted first-come and first-served basis.

We offer flexible scheduling, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
