Job description

Job Title: Policy Coordinator
Duration: 10-month contract
Pay: $30-32/hour
Location: Austin, TX or Indianapolis, IN - 3 days/week in office
Job Description:
Salesforce is seeking an ES Policy Coordinator to support their Employee Success (ES) Policy Excellence team within Global ES Operations. This individual will help build and manage a global policy lifecycle process, bringing structure to how HR policies are created, reviewed, updated, published, and retired. The ideal candidate has experience in HR operations, policy administration, compliance, or project coordination and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering across multiple teams. This role will also support AI-readiness efforts by reviewing AI-generated content, testing policy-related AI tools, and helping format policies into standardized, machine-readable templates.
Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR policy administration, project coordination, compliance, HR legal, or a related function
  • Experience supporting policy lifecycle management, process improvement, business management systems, project management, or program management
  • Familiarity with global policies and cross-functional work
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished presentations and clear documentation
  • Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being developed
