Job description

One Federal Solution is seeking a Policy Analyst III to provide technical liaison, stakeholder coordination, meeting support, and status reporting across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia.

The Policy Analyst III will support effective communication and coordination among stakeholders while assisting leadership with relationship management, collaboration, and resolution of identified issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination: Conduct technical liaison and coordination with stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia.
  • Meeting & Engagement Support: Plan, schedule, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and engagements to ensure effective communication and action item resolution.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular status updates to leadership on key stakeholder relationships, collaborations, and identified issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.
  • Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).
  • Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs.
