Job description

2027 Global Planning Summer Internship 

INTERNSHIP FORMAT 

 This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 5 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS 

The Portfolio Planning organization at Stellantis is responsible for setting the North America Long Range Vehicle Product Plan, leveraging data analytics tools to provide insights into the automotive market, and performing consumer research to inspire new products and experiences through an understanding of human needs and attitudes. These teams within the Portfolio Planning organization are highly strategic and require "out of the box" thinking to plan for the company's future. The Portfolio Planning intern will participate in the evaluation of market trends as well as analysis of customer interest and competition to find the company's next opportunity. The intern will also support aspects within the research process from helping to design, execute, and analyze consumer research. The intern will transform the data and observations into insight, implications, and recommendations to help drive strategic decisions. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher Majoring in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics/Economics or related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship 
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the spring of 2027 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications 
  • Willingness to relocate for internship, as applicable 
  • Authorized to work in the United States
