Job description

LGI Homes is seeking a Legal Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Legal Analyst plays a key role in supporting LGI Homes’ Legal and Corporate Compliance functions with primary responsibility for the Company’s entity and licensing management processes. This position will manage corporate records, licenses and registrations, regulatory filings, renewals, and other compliance obligations to ensure the Company remains in good standing.

The Legal Analyst will also support litigation matters, including managing service of process, legal holds, and document collection, as well as corporate governance and compliance initiatives and other assigned projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive,  highly organized, professional who can independently manage deadlines, anticipate next steps, and effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in a legal environment are preferred.
