What does an environmental law legal assistant do?

An Environmental Law Legal Assistant supports lawyers who specialize in environmental regulations and cases. Their duties often include conducting legal research on environmental laws, preparing and organizing documents for court, assisting with case management, and communicating with clients or government agencies. They may also help draft legal documents, file court paperwork, and track deadlines to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of both legal concepts and environmental issues.
