Job Summary
We are seeking a Mental Health Aide to join our team! As a Mental Health Aide, you will assist nurses and doctors with the day-to-day care of our patients, including assisting in eating, bathing, and even getting dressed. You may occasionally accompany patients for tests or treatments, assist with restocking equipment or supplies, and strive to create a safe, clean environment for our patients and other staff. The ideal candidate is compassionate, works well within a team environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. ย 

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Assist doctors, nurses, and others aides in day-to-day care, including helping patients with basic functions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, healing environment for all staff and patients
  • Restock equipment and supplies, as needed
  • Maintain excellent records of patient interactions, and report anything concerning immediately
