Job Description

Position Overview:


As a Senior LabWare LIMS Developer we are looking for an individual to excel in the technical design, development and configuration of LabWare LIMS. This individuals efforts will support business requirements as documented. Work as a team with technical leadership in the analysis of effort and impact of the requirements, provides options, risks, costs, and impact on business process and goals. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the global implementation of LabWare LIMS. 


  • Provide senior level analysis of business requirements, preparing of specifications, designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting. Implements complex requirement for multiple platforms, operating systems and applications.
  • Configure and Develop LabWare LIMS in accordance with solid SDCL principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings, design and technical reviews.
  • Create and review full documentation required including functional specifications, detailed design specifications, test plans and scripts, traceability matrices and other documentation as defined by the project plan.
  • Design, development and testing and validation of LabWare coding and configuration to meet user and functional requirements defined in the project.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and the LabAnswer SDLC team to understand the needs of the project.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a Scientific, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics field.
  • Minimum 6 years of LabWare LIMS/ELN development and configuration experience.
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels.
  • Experience in the development of LabWare LIMS in a regulated environment, pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of consulting experience with continuous increase in responsibility and technical competence
