Job Description

As an AI Engineer you will play a key role in the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. Working closely with the AI Lab team and stakeholders, you will contribute across the full AI application lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and productive operation. You will help deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for internal teams and external customers in the construction and real estate industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Documentation, knowledge transfer, and support in the adoption and scaling of successful AI solutions
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to productive use in collaboration with the AI Lab team
  • Develop and integrate AI system components, including RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, and MCP connections
  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components and support the operation of AI solutions (Cloud and On-Premise)
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions
  • Contribute to the further development of the AI platform, solution architecture, and engineering best practices
  • Evaluate, test, and implement new models, frameworks, and technologies for use in the construction and real estate domain
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud, backend, or frontend technologies (e.g., Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Practical experience in AI engineering through professional work, internships, research projects, or personal projects (e.g., RAG systems, agent architectures, LLM integration, prompt/context engineering, or fine-tuning)
  • Understanding of how AI application components interact, including retrieval, orchestration, tool usage, and evaluation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment
  • High English level (C1)
