Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain data management architectures that enable efficient ingestion, organization, and dissemination of OIE- and IW-related data and analysis.
  • Support development of Common Operating Pictures (COPs) and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • Design and sustain knowledge management frameworks supporting data ingestion, cataloging, retrieval, and visualization.
  • Enable cross-task and cross-command information sharing while adhering to data governance requirements.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Knowledge Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, knowledge management, or enterprise data architecture
  • DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) within 90 days of hire
  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining data management architectures, including ingestion, cataloging, metadata, and dissemination workflows
  • Hands on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, data modeling, schema design, and metadata management
  • Experience developing or supporting dashboards, COPs, or enterprise visualization tools
  • Experience enabling cross team or cross command information sharing while adhering to data governance requirements
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex data flows and architectures
  • Ability to collaborate with analysts, planners, and leadership to support operational decision making
  • Familiarity with NIPR/SIPR/JWICS environments and secure data dissemination workflows

Desired:
  • Prior experience supporting DoD, IC, or COCOM level missions
  • Current Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security, or equivalent DoD 8570 certification
  • Experience designing knowledge management frameworks, enterprise search, or data cataloging systems
  • Experience with DevSecOps, DISA STIGs, RMF, or secure cloud architecture best practices
  • Strong proficiency with MAVEN Smart Systems

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
