  • Analyze data across various subject areas to develop a complete data picture for non-technical leadership and clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data is accessible and organized to support analysis, trend forecasting and alerting needs.
  • Research, develop, and test data methodologies, and generate cross-functional solutions through collection, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of large data sets.
  • Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive decision-making.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards, such as graphs, tables, and maps, across multiple platforms to communicate findings effectively.
  • Produce recurring and rapid-turnaround reports and analysis, including responses to high-priority leadership and congressional requests, across multiple office branches to ensure a holistic understanding and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their evolving needs, communicate findings clearly, and provide actionable recommendations. Adapt to client feedback and requests, fostering strong professional relationships and supporting informed decision-making at all organizational levels.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data visualization
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis, performance measurement, data cleansing, metrics evaluation, and applied research
  • Experience executing projects and tasks independently, including large-scale initiatives
  • Experience leading discussions about data products, sources, and projects with executive leadership
  • Ability to identify and analyze data sets to meet customer requirements and translate complex findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to be organized, multi-task, and respond quickly to urgent requests
  • Ability to work closely with executive leadership on large data projects and communicate effectively via email and phone
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Engineering, Social Sciences, Physical Science, Applied Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management
