Data Analyst (W2 Only)

Location:Smithfield, RI (Hybrid)

Introduction

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging their expertise in data analysis to drive informed decision-making and support various projects within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help improve business processes and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies
Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a data analysis role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
