As a Manager within our Program and Project Management (PPM) practice, you will serve as adelivery leader responsible for leading complex Microsoft programs and major workstreams. This role owns execution across multi-workstream initiatives andoperatesas a trusted advisor to VP- and Director-level client stakeholders, in close partnership with Directors and Principals.
You will lead delivery across the Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics 365 ERP and CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure integration services, and AI-enabled solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role provides a clear path to Director based on performance,scopeleadership, and client impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of Microsoft programs and major workstreams with budgets ranging from $3M-$8M and teams of 10-20 resources, accountable for schedule, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

  • Manage multi-workstream initiatives across Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure integration services.

  • Lead components of AI-enabled transformation programsleveragingMicrosoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service.

  • Establish andoperateproject governance including integrated plans, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive-ready status reporting.

  • Apply hybrid delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, waterfall) tailored to client maturity and program complexity.

  • Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for Microsoft implementationsimpacting100-500+ users, ensuring adoption and readiness.

  • Support data and analytics delivery using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Purview.

  • Serve asprimaryescalation point for project-level risks; partner with Directors on program-level escalations.

  • Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft commercial licensing (EA, MCA, CSP) and implications for scope and delivery planning.

Client Relationships & Business Development:

  • Build trusted working relationships with VP- and Director-level client stakeholders across technology and business functions.

  • Actively support Microsoft co-sell motions by coordinating with Microsoft CSAMs, sellers, and partner teams under Director guidance.

  • Support proposal development, SOW creation, estimating, and pursuit activities for Microsoft programs.

  • Identifyand communicate opportunities for account expansion and follow-on work.

  • Participate in steering committees and executive governance forums.

  • Contribute to firm thought leadership content, client case studies, and Microsoft partner community activities.

Practice Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Lead,coach, andmentor consultants and senior consultants across Microsoft delivery engagements.

  • Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and skills development for Microsoft PPM roles.

  • Support the development and adoption of delivery standards, templates, and governance assets.

  • Collaborate across technology, finance, operations, and industry teams.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and client-first delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in a management consulting environment.

  • Proven delivery of Microsoft-based programs or workstreams with budgets of $3M+ and teams of 8+ resources.

  • Solid experience with Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and Microsoft-aligned ISV solutions.

  • Strong understanding of project and program governance, financial tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

  • Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities on enterprise Microsoft implementations.

  • Client-facing experienceengagingVP- and Director-level stakeholders.

  • Experience engaging with Microsoft field teams and co-sell programs.

  • Experience delivering Microsoft solutions in one or more industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Professional Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector.

  • Thorough understanding of the Microsoft FastTrack organization and Success by Design framework, including solution envisioning, implementation planning, deployment readiness, and adoption governance.

  • Bachelor's degreerequired

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading Microsoft ERP or CRM modernization workstreams on Dynamics 365 or related platforms.

  • Familiarity with hybrid delivery methodologies includingSAFe, Scrum, and traditional waterfall.

  • Exposure toMicrosoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, and Power BI in a delivery or advisory context.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI Service in client engagements.

  • Experience supporting business development activities including proposal writing and SOW development.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial licensing models (EA, MCA, MPSA, CSP).

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $238,700

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
