What You’ll Do:


Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)

Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism

Handle project paperwork and scope approvals

While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion


What It Takes:


Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments

2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred

Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel


Preferred Qualifications:


IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation

Xactimate experience

A track record of successful community engagement and outreach

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure? In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
