Looking for W2 candidates only 

Job Description :

Individual will perform as a contributing member part of Environment support and management team, will work on Code Deployments and release, monitor environment, and coordinate with multiple team to make sure environment is up to date and ready for testing. 

Responsibilities 

Primarily Responsibility Resource will deploy code changes to the lower level test environments during scheduled deployment times. Resource will also provide backup support to the Release Management team to deploy to the Production environments. Additional Responsibilities: Tracking/updating problem tickets and support requests Working with support teams to triage/fix issues with the deployments Creating/updating documentation to support the team functions Generating metrics from available data Required Skills Experience working IT support for a large company, preferably doing deploy/release functions Good communication skills.
