Job description

Salary: $19/hour

COVENANT ENFORCEMENT INSPECTOR

*entry level position*

Primary Purpose:


The Covenant Enforcement Inspector is responsible for the enforcement of the communitys covenants by conducting community inspections in the neighborhood and surrounding common areas in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Learn each communitys covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regards to enforcement.
  • Establish drive order for inspection schedule.
  • Establish re-inspection schedule.
  • Report inspection schedule and inspection completion to the Assistant to the VP at the beginning of the month.
  • Conduct drive through inspections noting any property violations as well as common area issues as follows:


  1. Community wide inspections Monthly (or as directed by management)
  2. Follow up inspections for Fining/Enforcement hearings The day of the communitys hearing date. To be completed and reported no later than 3pm


  • Report all safety/security concerns immediately to the Community Manager via email.
  • Take photographs of any violation with date stamp and attach to the homeowners record.
  • Process all violation notices at the end of each shift.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must represent the organization in a positive and professional manner
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to work with a diverse group of people
  • Must possess valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation. Inspections are conducted in employee owned vehicle.


40 hour work week typically 8:00 A.M. 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
