This is not an entry-level role.This is for experienced storm closers ready to level up.QualificationsComfortable meeting with insurance adjustersAble to run full roof + attic inspectionsUnderstand supplements & code requirementsProven experience in door-to-door canvassing or D2D salesNatural leader who enjoys coaching and developing peopleConfident communicator, face-to-face with homeownersComfortable working outdoors Organized, driven, and able to hold teams accountableFull-time availability (including some evenings and weekends)Employment for this position is contingent upon a valid driver's license, a review of the candidate's motor vehicle record (MVR), and successful completion of a background investigation conducted in accordance with Company policies and applicable lawsResponsibilitiesPRODUCTIONThis is a performance role. You'll work directly with canvassers, homeowners, and management to ensure appointments are set, teams are trained properly, and performance goals are consistently met.Annual Sales Goal: $800,000 Minimum Required: $640,000 (first 12 months) Seasonal pacing is provided to keep you on track.You will:Self-generate 95%+ of your leadsWork storm-impacted neighborhoodsKnock primarily 11 AM – 8 PMRun all scheduled estimatesMaintain 30%+ closing ratioMaintain $16,000+ average job sizeMaintain proper gross profit marginsIf you fall short?
