Repligen’s Clifton Park facility is looking for a Quality Inspector II to join our 3rd shift team and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:30am, Sunday - Friday.This role is expected to model our Leadership Behaviors-Integrity & Compliance, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Courage, Team Empowerment, and Accountability & Results-in all aspects of work.ResponsibilitiesInspect products against acceptance criteria to maintain high-quality standardsWork closely with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issuesRead and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase ordersAccurately document inspection results using Microsoft Office and other softwareUse precision measurement tools like calipers and pin gaugesOperate in an ISO 7 cleanroom while following strict gowning proceduresSupport additional quality-related functions as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in science or relevant experience preferredExperience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environmentProficiency in basic math, measurements, and testing equipmentExperience in a cleanroom environment is highly desirableMedical device or medical manufacturing experience is preferredOur mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $21/Hr.- $23/Hr. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
