Position Summary
Kirwan Surgical Products is seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Technician/QC Inspector to support the maintenance, calibration, and documentation of measurement and testing equipment used in the manufacturing and quality control of precision surgical instruments. This role helps ensure all equipment meets regulatory, quality, and internal standards to support our commitment to product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1–3 years of calibration or metrology experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment preferred
Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Basic computer skills and experience with calibration management systems or databases is a plus
Experience in medical device manufacturing or ISO/FDA regulated environments is helpful but not required
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Also, may be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
