Job description

Department: Production
Reports To: Lead
Salary range: $21 - $27 Hourly
Principal Accountabilities:
â₠¢ IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified and retain those certifications.
â₠¢ IPC-7711certified if team indicates the need for more qualified personnel.
â₠¢ Inspect assemblies using 3D AOI system and pass or fail per IPC-A-610 class.
â₠¢ Inspect assemblies at Final inspection and pass or fail per IPC-A-610 class.
â₠¢ SMT and Final QA SFE certified and maintain that certification.
â₠¢ Complete defect tracking in database.
â₠¢ Complete AS9102 FA reports and submit to QA.
â₠¢ Operate either x-ray machines per work instructions
â₠¢ Operate AOI systems per work instructions
â₠¢ Run in-line and batch washers per work instruction
â₠¢ Use the MES to track time the status of jobs
â₠¢ Create and complete non-conformances/DMR's
â₠¢ Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion documentation.
â₠¢ Help to update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
â₠¢ Maintain 6S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes.
â₠¢ Follow safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols.
â₠¢ Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change.
â₠¢ Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position. Help
update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of and ability to inspect to IPC-A-610
Inspect through a microscope
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Good writing skills
Ability to work within a team
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified
Prior Final Inspection experience in the electronics industry.
Prior inspection experience
