Job Title: Quality Inspector – (2nd Shift)
Location: 100% Onsite 8300 E. Pacesetter Way, Scottsdale AZ 85255
Shift: 2nd Shift-4X10 hr shifts-Monday-Thursday (OT on Fridays as needed)
Hours: 2:30PM - 1:00AM Monday-Thursday
Start Date: ASAP after screenings clear
Duration: typically, 6+ months with possible extension/conversion depending upon work performance.
TOP Skills:
Requires some level of hands on inspection- will be trained within the Abbott system and guidelines
Must be prepared to work in a clean room type environment
• Previous microscope usage required and high attention to detail.
• Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the shift
• Availability to work overtime on Fridays as needed
• Basic computer skills
• Previous medical device experience preferred but not required.
Abbott’s CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) facility in Scottsdale manufactures and tests advanced medical devices—including components for pacemakers and other heart rhythm technologies—in a high tech, FDA regulated cleanroom environment.
The site supports global production and R&D for life saving cardiac devices.
This facility produces circuit boards and handles cleanroom based assembly and testing for pacemakers
The facility handles:
• Cleanroom manufacturing
• R&D and device testing
• Assembly of electronic components
• Supply chain support for CRM products
This quality position is responsible for performing hands on visual and microscope based inspection of micro electronics components.
The role requires strong attention to detail, repetitive inspection work throughout the shift, and adherence to established quality and documentation procedures.
Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods, have high attention to detail, and be able to work all the required hours to complete the full required shift.
Basic computer skills are required.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications)
