Job description

Responsibilities:-
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders
  • Verify outgoing goods before dispatch to ensure correct quantity, labeling, and condition
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
  • Identify defects, damages, or discrepancies and report findings to supervisors
  • Maintain detailed inspection records, logs, and reports
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of products within the warehouse
Technical Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Warehouse or logistics experience such as: Receiving/shipping clerk, Inventory associate, Picker/packer or forklift operator
  • Quality control (QC) / inspection experience
  • Inspecting products for damage or defects
  • Sampling and testing materials
  • Following inspection procedures and standards
  • Shipping & receiving knowledge:
    • Purchase orders, packing slips, invoices
    • Verifying shipments and quantities
    • Handling discrepancies (missing, damaged, incorrect items).
Job Type: 1099 Contractor
Project Duration:
CURRENT PROJECT: 5 days to 1 week

Shift Hours: CURRENT PROJECT: Night Shift- 6 PM to 2 AM.
