Location: Onsite – [Warehouse]
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated bilingual Entry-Level Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Quality Assurance and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure products meet company standards by performing inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create and help enforce quality control protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with company and internal standards
  • Triple-check each order prior to shipment to verify correct product, quantity, and serial numbers
  • Perform routine quality audits and inspections to identify non-conformities
  • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation, including forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Communicate findings with supervisors and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to help in other areas when needed


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year warehouse experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, data entry)
  • Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
