Quality Control InspectorThis position is responsible for performing daily inspections on the manufacturing lines to monitor the quality of the merchandise being produced.Responsibilities:Verify that product meets all requirements set forth by the specificationWrite inspection reports to capture information and submit to QC Supervisor/delegate employeeEnter Inspection reports into QC SoftwareCommunicate quality issues to QC2s and supervision so that immediate adjustments can be madeInput critical information into QC SoftwareMaintain close communication with Departmental Supervisors and assist with problem resolution via communicating essential details to QC supervisionFoster a respectful team environment that supports Workplace Values through professional communication, motivation, and timely problem resolutionMaintain and actively support safety programs by immediately addressing safety issuesEnsure compliance with all department procedures and standardsRequirements:RESUME REQUIRED-Please attach a copy to your application!High School diploma or equivalent preferred6 months+ quality control experience preferredDemonstrated comprehension skills are required in order to understand general label requirements, lot code formats, procedures, diagrams, flow charts and written specifications.Good basic math skills (including percentages, fractions, and decimals) are requiredWork in demanding circumstances (crowded conditions, cold storage (-10° to 40°) for entire shift (8-10 hours).Walking and standing for entire shift (8-10 hours)Lifting up to 30 lbs. continuously/ up to 50 lbs. occasionallyHonest and respectful communicationValid Driver's License and a good driving recordThis position is a safety-sensitive position subject to initial and follow-up drug testing.
