Job description

Position Summary

  • This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment where you'll support our compounding operations and ensure our high standards are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be able to carry about 50Lbs of weight on the daily.
  • Retrieving clean containers for batch compounding.
  • Move barrels where needed (Scales, Mixers, Bottling Room, Warehouse) utilizing barrel jack.
  • Fill flavor/ingredients in secondary containers for compounders and label appropriately.
  • Retrieve flavors for compounders.
  • Keep Laboratory and sink clean.
  • Assisting lab personnel with sampling and labeling.
  • Working on special projects with supervision of compounders or manager
  • Meet or exceed batch par for laboratory. Willingness to work over 40 hour work weeks.
  • Promoting teamwork and cooperation among staff.
  • Following MVL policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High School education or equivalent.

Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and busy. Changing project deadlines with sudden notice.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and climb a small ladder.

Compensation

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
