MLT Job Description / Responsibilities:
  • Sample Collection and Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples, following standard protocols in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Operate Laboratory Equipment: Learn to use and maintain cutting-edge medical lab instruments, ensuring accurate diagnostic results.
  • Perform Routine Testing: Conduct basic laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to quality assurance standards to ensure reliability and accuracy of test results.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document test findings and promptly report results to healthcare providers.
