The Associate Territory Manager Surgical supports and reports to the Director of Sales in the coverage and set up of Surgical cases in a designated area through knowledge of our equipment, geography, and facility intricacies.This job will spend time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices.

- Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products

- Assigned quota based on territory alignment and expected to consistently meet and exceed assigned quota
- Assist in Coverage of Local Meetings
- BA/BS degree;
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales
- Medical sales and previous hands-on anatomy lab experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license in one of the 50 United States is required
- Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skill including proper phone etiquette
- Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel
- Highly detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
- Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
- Strong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinking
- Motivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environment
