Job Description: Entry-Level Mobile Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Mobile Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile applications and gain hands-on experience with modern mobile development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs.
• Test applications to ensure performance, usability, and reliability across multiple devices.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers.
• Assist in optimizing application performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to project documentation and technical reports as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic knowledge of Android development using Java or Kotlin, or iOS development using Swift.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Flutter or React Native is a plus.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development fundamentals.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile application architecture.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, academic projects, or personal mobile app development experience.
• Published mobile application(s) on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with databases such as SQLite or Firebase.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of mobile testing and debugging tools.
