Job description

Role: Java Backend Developer -AI tools
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid)
Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Java and Spring/Spring Boot. 
The candidate should be a solid hands-on developer, level-headed, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Key Skills:
•  Strong experience in Core Java and Spring/Spring Boot
•  Experience building REST APIs and backend services
•  Good understanding of SQL databases
•  Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Expectations:
•  Basic understanding and willingness to learn and adopt AI-assisted development / vibe coding practices
•  Openness to experimenting with AI tools to improve coding productivity
•  Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies
Nice to Have:
•  Experience with microservices architecture
•  Exposure to cloud platforms or modern development tools
Looking for someone who knows their fundamentals, writes clean code, and is eager to learn new technologies.
