The Opportunity:

As a software engineer, you know that good software is more than just a nice-looking interface and data. Using your software engineering expertise, you'll analyze the environment to ensure that your team's solutions consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You'll sharpen your skills as you master new tools and techniques while helping to identify and implement system improvements.

Work with us as we develop systems to create change for the better.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • Experience with back-end frameworks, such as Spring or Quarkus

  • Experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with AI or ML pipelines and processes

  • Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) software patterns to ingest large and complex datasets

  • Experience with containerized environments, such as Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience working with geospatial tools and datasets

  • Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or Bash

  • Experience building real-time data processing applications using streaming libraries such as Kafka Streams

  • Experience with Metadata Management, such as Data Catalogs or Advana

  • Experience with graph databases, such as Neo4j

  • Knowledge of analytic platforms such as Kafka or Spark

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
