The Opportunity
As an AI Commercial Strategy Sr Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software and product innovation efforts. You will focus on the evolution of our product portfolio, from managing the innovation funnel to building business cases and designing new products. Your insights will drive competitive analysis and market intelligence activities, translating them into strategic product direction and positioning. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will validate the line of sight to generating revenue through assessing total addressable market and supporting the design and execution of go-to-market efforts.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear. In this role, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing product strategies to drive innovation and meet client needs
- Conducting competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform strategic product direction
- Building business cases and designing new products to support portfolio evolution
- Facilitating the commercialization process, including go-to-market efforts and revenue generation
- Collaborating with leadership to guide investment decisions and product positioning
- Managing the innovation funnel by intaking new ideas and evaluating existing product portfolios
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess total addressable market and inform product vision
- Supporting client relationships by anticipating needs and delivering quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical skills
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
