JOB SUMMARY

Entry-Level Sales Associates (Canvassers) are responsible for generating leads, scheduling inspections, and acting as Brand Ambassadors for Storm Guard Roofing & Construction.

This is a door-to-door, face-to-face marketing role where your energy, confidence, and ability to connect with people will directly impact your success. Each day, you’ll be engaging homeowners in conversation, bringing a positive and enthusiastic approach to every interaction, and creating opportunities through consistent effort.

You’ll be trained on Storm Guard’s products and services and generate business by speaking directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.

Our training program is built to sharpen your communication, marketing, and influence skills—preparing you for advancement into higher-level sales roles.

  • Represent Storm Guard professionally within local communities
  • Speak with homeowners to generate leads and schedule inspections
  • Promote Storm Guard products and services to prospective and existing clients

  • Use company software systems on a daily basis

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary starting at $37,000 annually + commission
  • Typical first-year earnings: $55,000–$75,000+
