Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant

At Bucks Bama Blitz, we’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand promotion, and face-to-face sales. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants real career growth.


As a Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll work directly with customers at live promotional events and retail campaigns, helping represent nationally recognized brands while building valuable communication and sales skills.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Represent brands at live retail events and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
  • Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently
  • Assist with event setup, branding displays, and campaign execution
  • Support customer acquisitions and the sales process
  • Work alongside team leaders to achieve daily performance goals
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights
  • Help maintain a professional and energetic event environment
