Responsibilities
• Learn about financial products, insurance policies, and investment strategies through structured training
• Assist senior advisors or team members with client onboarding and support
• Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand needs and provide guidance
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and service
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities
• Support the team in achieving sales and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and licensing requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethical standards, and a client-first mindset in all interactions
• Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements.
• Follow a leadership advancement track with career growth opportunities.
• Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required.
• Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.
Qualifications
Requirements (Entry-Level Financial / Insurance Agent)
• No prior experience in financial services required - comprehensive training and mentorship provided
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
• Interest in finance, insurance, or helping clients achieve financial goals
• Comfortable learning new tools and technology (CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, etc.)
• Professional, coachable, and open to feedback
Licensing (Preferred or Willing to Obtain)
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• FINRA licenses (Series 6/7 and 65/66) a plus, but not required
