Job Summary
Under immediate supervision this entry-level clerical position performs a wide variety of clerical work to support a school, program, or department. Responsibilities include preparing and processing payroll reports, managing and monitoring school or program budgets, handling work orders, assisting in the preparation of student and school records, organizing field trips, providing general administrative support, and occasionally assisting with health and safety functions, including first aid. The Clerk II must exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in daily tasks, and maintain professional communication with students, staff, and parents.
