Job description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This entry-level role is designed for an early-career professional eager to develop strong analytical skills and gain hands-on exposure to core financial processes. You will support the team in financial reporting, analysis, planning, and project-based tasks, partnering with various business units to help drive informed decision-making.
In this role, you will work within established frameworks, receiving mentorship from senior team members as you take on progressively more complex analytical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of recurring financial reports and perform routine data analysis.
Planning & Forecasting: Support the annual planning and ongoing forecasting cycles.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Communicate financial insights clearly and professionally to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Contribute to project-related tasks and support team initiatives to streamline financial workflows.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with ERP tools or financial systems is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear, professional communications for diverse audiences.
