Job description

Position Overview

Join our growing team! We're seeking a motivated, self-driven Entry-Level Geologist to launch their career with us at our Warwick, RI office.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of diverse, multidisciplinary environmental projects.
  • Conduct and contribute to Preliminary Assessments and environmental site investigations.
  • Assist with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, gaining hands-on experience evaluating environmental conditions and potential risks.
  • Participate in site investigations and remedial investigations, helping identify and evaluate environmental impacts and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide third-party construction oversight, ensuring environmental requirements and project specifications are met.
  • Support remedial design and implementation under commercial, State, and Federal environmental programs.
  • Collaborate with experienced environmental professionals across a variety of projects, building valuable technical and field experience.
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Geology with a focus on hydrogeology, geophysics, structural geology preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience with environmental consulting, including field-sampling procedures, monitoring well installation, analytical data interpretation and reporting.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft office suite) required; GIS experience a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel out of state for project tasks lasting several weeks or more.
  • Current OSHA HAZWOPER and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package.
