Full Stack Software Engineer RCM Platform

Are you ready to join a cutting-edge healthcare startup dedicated to revolutionizing the industry through innovative technologies? Our client, National Quality Systems, Inc., is looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join their growing team. This hands-on, high impact and fully remote U.S. based role will have the opportunity to influence the future of the company.

How You'll Contribute

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend microservices and web applications using Python and React.
  • Build and maintain SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) for efficient, secure data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and work with JSON, XML, and CSV for interoperability with EHRs, registries, and billing systems.
  • Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, including containerized services and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to ensure efficient deployments and reliable operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, product, engineering) to translate business and RCM requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, healthcare data standards, and regulatory requirements.
