May provide direction to team using extensive knowledge of established precedents and practices**Job Description:**Major Duties:* Resolves problems, identifies the most appropriate solution and may establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives* Has direct impact, on the quality of the tasks performed or services provided by the team* Ensure code quality through architecture reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.* Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud engineering practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.* Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to define solutions and strategic priorities.* Monitor system health, resolve stability and scalability issues, and drive continuous improvement.Knowledge :* Requires a comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job discipline* Uses insights into how the team integrates with other teams to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared and individual objectives* Requires tact and diplomacy to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way* 4 Year college degree is required with mathematical background* Exposure to financial calculation would be preferredExperience :* May provide informal day-to-day supervision to a team including coaching on performance, coordinating activities, checking on quality and work progress* Experience with SQL Server, Azure and Github.* Experience with CI/CD pipelines/DevOps practices.* Experience with Agile methodologies, and Azure DevOps.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Experience with full-stack Java/JEE development and Python.* Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and web application development.Salary Range:$73,500 - 117,700 USD*Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
