Capitol Wealth Strategies is a locally based, advisor-focused firm and part of the Guardian Network. We work with Financial Advisors who want flexibility, real support, and the ability to shape how they grow their practice and career.

At CWS, you can continue to build and grow your own practice while also having the opportunity to coach, collaborate, and influence the next generation of advisors.

The Role

This is a Financial Advisor opportunity with flexibility in scope. Your primary focus is growing your own practice. For advisors who enjoy mentoring and collaboration, there is also the opportunity to work with newer advisors through joint work, training, and development, without stepping into a traditional management role.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships and your own book of business
  • Design personalized financial strategies aligned with client goals
  • Analyze financial information and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Communicate complex concepts in a clear, practical way
  • Prospect and manage your practice with a business-owner mindset
  • Participate in mentoring, joint work, and advisor development, if desired
What We’re Looking For

Strong client relationship and sales skills

  • For those interested in leadership, a desire to coach and develop others
  • Organized, self-directed, and accountable
Licensing
  • Life & Health license required
  • FINRA SIE, 7, and 66 or willingness to obtain
