About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our agency, assisting English- and Spanish-speaking clients with their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Service Requests: Handle common customer service tasks, such as processing payments, assisting with policy questions or making basic changes (e.g., address updates, email changes), providing requested documentation (e.g., proof of insurance), answering questions about the status of claims, coordinating with back-office operations to resolve issues, maintaining policies to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day service.
  • Bilingual Communication: Use your Spanish and English fluency to assist clients effectively and accurately.
  • Opportunity Identification: Recognize client needs and partner with the sales team to offer tailored solutions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Confidently use office software, customer management systems, and other technologies to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Licensing Requirement: Obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of your start date. We'll provide the resources and guidance to ensure your success.
