  • The Entry Level Accountant supports high-volume, day-to-day accounting operations and performs routine accounting tasks under close supervision. This role is designed for individuals new to the accounting profession, including recent college graduates, who are developing practical accounting skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Entry Level Accountant focuses on transactional accuracy, process compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks while gaining exposure to core accounting functions and systems.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
  • Help ensure compliance with GAAP and evolving tax regulations
  • Accurately categorize and reconcile credit card transactions
  • Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Bill out invoices and assist customers to run credit cards
  • Assist with customers and vendors’ request
  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline accounting workflows
  • Collaborate closely with team members across departments
  • Maintain organized and well-documented financial records
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Newly graduated candidates are welcomed to learn and grow with us
