Assistant Financial Analyst (Entry Level) - Crystal lake, IL

We are currently seeking an Assistant Financial Analyst (Entry Level) to join our finance team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn.
In this role, you will support senior financial team members by analyzing data, preparing reports, and helping communicate financial information to internal teams and external partners. You’ll gain exposure to real-world financial decision-making while working closely with colleagues and clients across the organization.
Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with basic financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking key operational metrics 
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement 
  • Help prepare clear, easy-to-understand reports and summaries for management and clients 
  • Communicate financial information and insights to internal teams and external partners as needed 
  • Compare actual results against budgets and forecasts and help explain differences 
  • Maintain accurate financial records and databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data 
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis alongside senior analysts 
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion 


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field) 
  • Strong interest in working with numbers
