About the Role

This is far more than a traditional payment posting role. You'll play a key role in protecting the integrity of the revenue cycle by accurately posting complex payments, reconciling deposits, researching variances, and ensuring that every dollar earned supports an organization committed to improving the lives of the patients it serves.

If you're the type of person who notices the smallest discrepancy, loves solving problems, and takes pride in getting things right the first time, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do

  • Post complex manual EOBs and non-electronic payments accurately.
  • Reconcile payments, deposits, and bank activity.
  • Investigate and resolve payment variances and missing payments.
  • Monitor ERA posting activity and identify exceptions.
  • Manage refund workflows and payment reconciliation processes.
  • Track and maintain payment and deposit logs.
  • Partner with billing, finance, and leadership teams to ensure revenue integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and efficiencies.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of medical payment posting experience.
  • Strong understanding of manual EOB posting and payment reconciliation.
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, deposits, and refund processing.
  • Knowledge of CARC/RARC codes, payer adjustments, and remittance workflows.
  • Experience with AdvancedMD, Waystar, or similar practice management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Specialty healthcare, infusion, oncology, or high-dollar claims experience.
  • Experience working with offshore posting teams.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and identify payment discrepancies.

If you're looking for a stable, growing organization where your work truly matters and where you can make a difference while being part of a close-knit, people-focused culture, we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
