As a Financial Advisor with The Piedmont Group, you'll have the opportunity to develop new client relationships and provide personalized financial recommendations that make a real difference. Compensation:

$70,000 - $150,000 yearly performance commission based


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to create personalized investment and insurance strategies.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your client base and grow your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless execution of financial plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
  • Utilize our marketing resources to effectively promote financial services and attract potential clients.
  • Guide clients through the complexities of financial planning, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • No need for Visa sponsorship

  • Must be a local candidate

  • Obtain licensure prior to onboarding: Life & Health, SIE, and 66

  • Prior sales experience and/or bachelor's degree

  • Clean Form U4 (no disclosures)

  • Experience in financial advising, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships

  • Ability to conduct comprehensive financial assessments and develop tailored investment and insurance strategies

  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand client portfolios

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and deliver exceptional client service

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions

  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing resources to promote financial services and attract potential clients

  • Ability to guide clients through financial planning complexities, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their decisions
