Position Overview:

In this entry-level role, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. This position offers hands-on training, a clear path for career advancement, and all the tools and uniforms you need to succeed. Whether you're starting your automotive career or looking to grow, we're here to support your journey to becoming a full-line technician.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and per dealership standards
  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made
